Our research phase is very important. We do our best to plan every possible outcome, which would affect the budget and time of finishing the project:

Electrostatic Precipitator:

  • Emitting System: Rigid discharge electrodes, spiral wires, and suspension frames.
  • Collecting System: Collecting plates (various profiles), shock bars, and spacer guides.
  • Rapping Mechanism: Tumbling hammers, rapping shafts, anvil beams, and inner/outer bearings.
  • Gas Distribution: Gas distribution screens (GD plates) and flow baffles.
  • Hopper & Evacuation: Rotary airlock valves (RAV), slide gate valves, and geared motors.

Bag Houses:

  • Filtration Media: High-performance filter bags customized by gas chemistry (e.g., PTFE, Fiberglass, Nomex, Ryton).
  • Structural Support: Filter bag cages (venturi integrated, multi-part, carbon/stainless steel).
  • Cleaning Mechanism: Pulse-jet blowpipes, diaphragm valves, and pneumatic cylinders for reverse-air dampers.
  • Hopper Discharge: Screw conveyor flights and rotary valves for continuous ash evacuation.

  • Power Supply: High-voltage Transformer Rectifier (TR) sets and control thyristors.
  • Insulators: Porcelain support insulators, conical shaft insulators, and bushing assemblies.

  • Heating Systems: Hopper heaters, support insulator heaters, and associated thermostats to prevent ash condensation and short circuits.
